The Giving of the New Documents Started
Minister Tsvetanov started the camaign for giving the new documents in Plovdiv.Minister Tsvetanov said that the giving of such documents was one of the conditions for Bulgaria to be inncluded in the USA Non-Visa Travelling Programme. The first Bulgarian who took his place in the queue was the Plovdiv resident Tsvetan Vlashev. He also got the first new Bulgarian identification card, which was made for him at once.
