Animal defenders Protest

Animal defenders protest in front of the Plovdiv Municipality against the salt fines. Each Plovdiv resident who dares to feed a homeless cat or dog is under the threat of a fine to 500 levs. This is one of the new-accepted additions to Regulation N1 for the social order and safety protection. According to the recently made count of the homeless four-legged, cats are the biggest problem.
