The Prime-minister Borisov was Gifted a Clock That Goes Backwards

The prime-minister, Boyko Borisov, opened a new sports hall in the Plovdiv University. Despite the good event, the prime-minister was obviously sour  most of the time. His mood went up slightly when the rector, Zapryan Kozludzhov, surprised him with an interesting clock with hands ticking backwards.  Even the beautiful gymnasts didn`t manage to focus his attention enough.
