The Water Hell in the Region of Harmanly

A dam wall over the Village of Biser was torn, Maritza river overflows its banks near Harmanly. We gave ten victims because of irresponsibility. Prime-ministers and the army participated in the rescue of the distressed inhabitants. In the so called "normal countries", where alleged we have hurried to, there are thousands of people evaquated without a single Central Authority reprsentative sitting personally in the boats and rescuing.
