Античен Одеон

Част от Форумния комплекс, включващ и Форума. Със 300-350 места е една от последните археологически сензации на Пловдив. Съдържа всички елементи на покрита театрална сграда. Открити са ценни мраморни фрагменти от сградата, надпис върху постамент на императорска статуя, галерия със запазени антични зидове, оригинални мраморни полуколони и 87 сребърни монети, вероятно укрити при готското нашествие. Днес е място за концертни изяви.

Античен форум

Форумът е най-големият форумен комплекс на територията на България. На него е бил съсредоточен административният, икономическият, културният и религиозният живот на античния град. Намира се от южната страна на Централна поща.

Antique forum

This place is the largest forum estate within the territory of Bulgaria. On it was concentrated the administrative, economical, cultural and religious life of the antique city. It is located on the southern side of the central mail office.

Antique entertainment place: General Gurko Street

This part of the forum estate, including the forum itself and having from 300 up to 350 seats, is among the last archaeological sensations of Plovdiv . It contains each and every element of a covered theatrical building. Among the discoveries are some precious marble fragments of the building, an inscription on the base of an emperor’s statue, a gallery with preserved antique walls, original marble semi-columns and 87 old silver coins probably hidden during the Gothic invasion. Today it is the home of concert shows.
