Roman Chariots for Todor`s Day

Battle Roman chariots took participance in the traditional horse races in the Plovdiv village Novo Selo. The award for the winner was a lamb and two hundred levs. The girls sweated out about who is going to be the winner. They have to give water to his horse as the old tradition says. The church feast Todor`s Day is always marked on the first Saturday of the Long Lents.
