His Holiness, the Ecumencial Patriarch Vartolomey The First, came in Plovdiv on a three-day visit. He arrived together with the wonder-working icon of the Holy Vergin from Jerusalem. Thousands of believers from all over the country gathered themselves in front of Saint Marina church`s doors. They came to pray the Saint for lighting them up. The only thing that supported them in the 35 degrees heat was the strong faith and the endless hope.
