Stefka Kostadinova Gave a Start to Children Olympic Games

Olympic champions together with 3-year old kids stood on the athletic race-course at the first children sport games, which took place in Plovdiv Stadium. The children from the kindergarten "Miroslava" were main characters there. They were dressed in the Bulgarian Olympic Committee (BOC) emblem outfits. The olympic fire was lighted by Hristo Markov and the beginning of the competition was given by the BOC leader Stefka Kostadinova. Our olympic legends Boyan Radev, Rumyana Neykova, Bonka Pindzheva, Katya Dafovska and Nikolay Buhalov assumed the role of judges. The sport minister, Svilen Neykov, came to greet the young hopes.
