The tragedy acts out in the hause of Anna, 70-years old woman from Plovdiv. She had an unpaid bill in a value of 400 leva, but now it was doubled because of the interests. She is a widow, and her son and daughter don`t live in Plovdiv. Some neighbours called the first aid, because the woman had a high blood pressure - 240:120. The medical team that came there took her in a hospital.
