The Monastery of Bachkovo Brought Out the Wonder-Working Icon

On the first day of Easter the wonder faith gathered a hundreds of laymen in Bachkovo Cloister. According to the tradition, on the day after Easter the wonder-working icon of Holly Mother comes out of the monastery temple and goes to the place "Kluviyata". The legend says that in 16-th century at that place a boy-shepherd finds the wonder-working image of God`s Mother. Today, exactly in 8:45, a thousands of christians carried along the icon to the place, where it was found. The final aim was to touch the icon with the hope that it would bring cure and health to the ill people.
